Reflections on a Bowl of Chili

Served with cornbread. Somewhere during our dinner conversation, as we spoke of the Burger Smackdown and Andrew's scallion pancake recipe from Sunday's paper, we came to observe that all three contestants have a partiality towards the cuisines of Asia. I don't know if there is any meaning to this - but it is interesting.
